There is no expiry date on your Scotia Rewards points however, your Account must be in good standing2 to earn and redeem your points. If you close your Account, you have up to sixty (60) days to redeem any unredeemed Scotia Rewards points. Past 60 days, unredeemed points are forfeited. If you haven’t signed up for a Scotia OnLine and Scotiabank Mobile Banking account, there are easy steps you can follow. Simply click 'Login' to begin.

If you have more than one Scotia Rewards Credit Card or Debit Card, you can transfer your Scotia Rewards points between those Cards, as long as your accounts are in good standing2.
You can also convert your Scotia Rewards points to SCENE® points and vice versa.
You cannot transfer your Scotia Rewards points to another person's account.
If you have more than one Card that earns Scotia Rewards points, you may combine the accumulated points instead of having your points spread over several cards, provided both your Accounts are in good standing2, you are the owner of both Accounts, and the Primary Cardmember's (and Co-Borrower if applicable) name and address are the same on both Accounts. You can make a one-time transfer (immediate) or an automatic transfer (takes 1-2 business days). You can visit the Transfer Points page under 'My Account' at any time to do this.
It’s simple; you can convert your Scotia Rewards points to SCENE points and vice versa by selecting the “Scotia Rewards Points Conversion” redemption option.

Provided the return or replacement meets the Scotia Rewards Terms and Conditions, you may initiate a return or replacement. The process and policies vary depending on the catalogue that you ordered your reward from.
To initiate a return or replacement you can call the Scotia Rewards centre at 1-800-665-2582.

To initiate the replacement process, you must contact the Scotia Rewards Centre to determine your eligibility within fifteen (15) days of receiving the item. |

Make sure to inspect the delivered item as soon as you receive it. If the item arrives damaged or is missing pieces, please contact Scotia Rewards Centre immediately at 1-800-665-2582 and save the packing materials for inspection and possible return. This must be done within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

If items ordered from either of these catalogues are discontinued, it will result in the cancellation of the item(s) from the order and the Scotia Rewards points (and/or charge to your Scotiabank Program Card) will be credited back to your Account. |

After you've reserved an item(s) online for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item is ready for in-store pick up, you will receive a second email with your e-Gift Certificate and the item(s) can then be collected at your selected Best Buy Store.
You will have twenty-four (24) hours to retrieve your item(s) from the selected Best Buy store using your e-Gift Certificate. If the order is not picked up in this time period, the item(s) is no longer guaranteed to be reserved at the selected Best Buy store.
If the item is still in store after the 24 hour time period has elapsed, you can still use the e-Gift Certificate for the item(s).
