This tour will take chocolate-lovers behind the scenes with people who live and breathe chocolate, including a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, a retailer, a chocolatier, and a Mexican chef. This 1.5-km guided walking tour of the Plateau and Mile End neighbourhoods includes tasting of at least nine chocolates, a chocolate infusion, a traditional Mexican drink and a light, savoury, chocolate-based meal. It will educate participants about chocolate’s origins and history and look at the bean-to-bar and chocolate confection production.
